ismyappbroken.com provides automated security scanning of publicly accessible web applications via URL. Results are informational and do not guarantee that all vulnerabilities have been found or that your systems are secure.

2. Acceptable use

You may only scan websites and systems you own or for which you have explicit written authorization to test. Scanning without permission may violate computer crime laws in your jurisdiction. ismyappbroken.com is not responsible for unauthorized use of the service. You must not use ismyappbroken.com to attack, damage, or disrupt third-party systems.

3. Account terms

You must be at least 18 years old. You agree to provide accurate information, keep your credentials secure, and use one account per individual unless otherwise agreed in writing for enterprise use.

4. Payment terms

Paid plans are billed according to the prices shown at checkout. We may change prices with at least 30 days’ notice. Fees are generally non-refundable for partial months. Free tier limits apply as described on the pricing page.

5. Data and privacy

Our collection and use of personal data is described in the Privacy Policy. Scan results are stored securely. Sensitive artifacts from scans are handled according to our security practices. You may request data export and account deletion as described in the Privacy Policy and in-product GDPR tools.

6. Disclaimer

The service is provided “as is.” Automated scanning cannot find every vulnerability. ismyappbroken.com is not a substitute for a full manual penetration test or security audit. We disclaim warranties to the fullest extent permitted by law.

7. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, the liability of ismyappbroken.com is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.

8. Changes
